The Telemark Canal - one of the most beautiful waterways in the world.

The canal ships all offer café/restaurant services on board. You can pre book lunch of the day (this is not possible on M/S Telemarken). You could also purchase lunch directly on board.
Bikes:
Be aware that maximum weight for bikes and trailers is 25 kg (M/S Telemarken 15 kg).
Please note that we do not have the capacity to welcome tricycles or other large cycles.

Sending your canoe unaccompanied?
As there can be several canoes without an escort, it is important that you mark your canoe well. Preferably with a printout of the order confirmation, but as a minimum it must be marked with the destination and a telephone number where we can reach you.
There is a change of canal ship in Lunde for the guests traveling up and down the canal.
The ships meet in Lunde and turn around before returning to their starting points.
For all reservations through Lunde on Mondays, please call +47 409 20 000 to make the reservation.
